About Turkey WalkOver 10 years ago, I was borderline obese. I started a low-fat diet and a vigorous exercise routine. Within 4 months, I dropped 30 lbs. One day I was at a supermarket to buy a Thanksgiving turkey. I picked up 2 15-pound turkeys, one in each hand. I wanted to feel what it was like to carry 30 extra pounds. I could barely move.
